THE QUALITY CONTROL USING SEVEN TOOLS METHOD FOR DEFECT PRODUCT ON SCANNER PRODUCTION

The aim of this research is to analyze the achievement quality standards that have been set and reduce waste due product defects in scanner production at PT. Epson Batam using seven tools method. This a quantitative descriptive Quantitative method check sheet, stratification, histogram, pareto diagram, scatter diagram while fishbone analysis. Data was collected by observation documentation techniques. results study stated improvements implemented occur from several factors, namely materials work methods, it necessary do an effective division time so defect not pursuing targets material factors must be checked before goods/products enter market.
